Gateshead Hotel
This 97 bedroom hotel aims to create a new focal point for a neglected area of Gateshead Town centre. The building is also to house function, conference and leisure facilities, along with a new bar, restaurant and small retail unit at street level.
As part of a larger scheme to also include the development of a Care Home on the same site, the design of the Hotel is a response to the Local Authority’s ambitious redevelopment plans in the area, aiming to create high quality architecture to act as a focal point for the future regeneration of the neighbourhood.
